My Diary

Finally I did it, I thought that I couldn’t make the decision but I did it, I wish I had done it before. When I have risen this morning, I realized that today was the day. I had a shower, I put my favourite dress and I had a coffee listening music. As each morning I bought a “croissant” and the newspaper on the way to work.
When I was in her the office I felt very nervous but I had made the decision and I was not going to change my mind. Finally, today I have said to my female team leader :
-I want to leave, so today is my last day here, I left the wok because I can’t put up with you.
I hope to have done the correct thing.
I hope today I will sleep calm and relaxed, it has been a great day!

TIRAMISU

The basic ingredients are: mascarpone cheese, sugar, expresso coffee, ladyfingers, liquor or liquor cream like whiskey and cocoa. The quantities depend on each one but for 4 persons, approximately are:

3 eggs white
3 cocoa tablespoons
1 ladyfingers package
50 gr of caster sugar
300 gr of mascarpone cheese

In a bowl, beat 3 egg whites until soft peak form. Gradually add caster sugar and continue beating it. Once done, mix it with the mascarpone cheese and remove until everything is mixed.
On the other hand, prepare 4 expresso coffee and combine them with one glass of liquor in a small bowl.
Then, put half of ladyfingers in the bottom of the final recipient, preferably a square pot.
Wet with the half of the coffee liqueur mixture. Above you have to extend the other half of mascarpone and egg.
Once done, repeat the process to form a second level.
Dust black granulated cocoa on top, put it in the fridge during 4 or 5 hours and that’s ready for eating!

The Real Value of the Ring

I’m going to explain a story I read few days ago and I liked it very much.
A boy had visited a magician in order to help him because of a big problem he had
Te boy explained the problem to him:

-I come because I feel very depressed, I don’t want to do anything. People tell me I don’t make anything well, also that I’m stupid and rather clumsy. How can I improve myself? What can I do?

Without looking at him, the magician said:
-I’m so sorry boy but I can’t help you. I need to solve my own problem before. If you help me to solve it, I could help you later but not before.
-Wonderful! – said the boy.
So the magician took off the ring he was wearing in his finger and gave it to him. He explained that he had a debt and had to pay as soon as possible the amount of two golden coins

He had to sell the ring and get the most money he could but no accepting less than two golden coins for it.
The boy took the ring and went away.
During several days he was offering the ring in different markets buy without success, people laughed each time he said the minimum price.
After offering the jewel to hundred people, he left failed and decided to go back.
He came back very upset because it wasn’t possible to solve the magician’s problem.
The magician told him that first of all they need to know the real value of th ring, so he advised the boy to visit the town’s jewellery. The boy had to ask him the real price, how much he could give for the ring.

The boy left a second time.
After looking at the ring the jeweller answered:
-Boy, if you want to sell it, I can’t give you more than 50 golden coins. I know you can get 60 with more time but not if it’s urgent.
The nervous boy ran and explained to the magician what happened. The teacher answered:
-Sit down boy! You are like the ring: a valuable and only jewel. And for that reason only an expert could evaluate you.
Why do you pretend that anyone discover your true value?

Is it nice, isn’t it?

Asperger syndrome

I was looking up the meaning of the Asperger syndrome and I found some interesting information:
Asperger Syndrome is a neurobiological disorder which describes a pattern of behaviors in several young boys who had normal intelligence and language development but marked deficiencies in social and communication skills.
Persons with AS show marked deficiencies in social skills, have difficulties with transitions or changes. The often have obsessive routines and may be preoccupied with a particular subject of interest. They perceive the world very differently; they have a great deal of difficulty reading nonverbal cues (body language). Many behaviors are due to those neurological differences and not the result of bad behavior.
Vocabularies may be extraordinarily rich and some children sound like “little professors”. However, persons with AS can be extremely literal and have difficulty using language in a social context.
The most common and important characteristic is the difficulty with social behavior , a person with AS has trouble understanding the emotions of other people, they also have trouble showing empathy with other people. They have a highly pedantic way of speaking using a far more formal register of language than appropriate for a context. Children with AS may show advanced abilities for their age in language, reading, mathematics, or music.
The exact cause of AS is unknown and the prevalence is not established. AS is often identified in early childhood, and many individuals do not receive diagnosis until after puberty or when they are adults.
As is sometimes viewed as a syndrome with both advantages and disadvantages, and notable adults with AS or autism have achieved success. Some AS researches speculate that well-known figures, including Albert Einstein or Isaac Newton has AS because they showed some related tendencies or behaviors, such as intense interest in one subject, or social problems.
Albert Einstein may have had AS

The music I Like

The music I like is especially from Spanish groups.
Sometimes I thought why, and I don’t know exactly but probably because of I understand the lyrics and it’s easy to put myself in the singer place and
feel like him.
Groups as “El canto del Loco”, “Pereza” or “Juanes” are my favorite.

On the other hand I hate singers which achieved the success thanks to a program television as “Operation Triumph”.
Also I love English groups like Cold Play and Lenny Kravitz who has intemporary great hits.

Cold Play played last year in Barcelona, into “Palau Sant Jordi” and of course,
I was there, it was the best concert I’ve ever been, I hope they come back early.
